How to Purchase CML Softdev®
Software

This explanation applies only to purchases of
Softdev Software
(Cataloguer
and
Reporter)
products.

Firstly,
We assume you have done the following:
-
Read
about the Software product at its page (Use
the top Menu to visit the Software page)

Downloaded
the Software and requirements (There's
a link and explanations in each Software page)
-
Tested
the Product until satisfied
-
Got
the PC Code ready
(Explain)
When you first install the software products, you will see
that a PC Code has been generated by the installation which
appears in the "register" screen of the software. This is
the PC Code we refer to, that must be sent to us so we can
generate your key to unlock the software out of trial.

THIRT.COM,
operates with all international major banking institutions in a secure
system, (both for buyer and seller),
all transactions are secured THAWTE SSL and support major credit cards.
Our Clients
have two ways of purchasing the
Software
unlocking key (license):
Option
A (Credit Card Online) - The
Following Cards are accepted

Buying pages (On
the Menu:

Fill
the Form in 'Step 2' and Submit it

You get a confirmation page that tells you to:

Proceed to
'Step 3' , if you are paying with credit card.

In
'Step 3' you'll click the 'Thirt.com' Buy
button.

You'll be
transferred to our THIRT.COM secure Server
(Explain)
The best way to familiarize yourself with Thirt secure
protocols is to actually visit their Website - Click their logo at the top of this
page, or the 'Lock' on the right. At the secure server,
you register as a member of Thirt, which is one way
to validate your e-mail as this is a
pre-requisite of any credit card validator
merchant account, and proceed with
entering your details for the credit card
transaction.

Fill all
the details asked of you by Thirt.com

What happens next:
-
Yours
and Our
Bank Gateways validate the transaction
(This
is immediate)
-
You
get notified of a Successful or Rejected Transaction
(This
is immediate)
-
If
successful, we get notified by the Secure Server Gateway
(This
is immediate or next day)
-
On
successful transaction and on receipt of your PC Code
(This
information you sent us when you filled STEP 2
form in the page 'Buy Softdev Software'), we immediately generate your Key
and send it to you within 24 hours.

B (Cash
Deposit or Online direct transfer to CML Softdev Bank
Account) - Note

International buyers are normally asked to include our 'swift bank address'
in their direct deposits. At your bank counter, the procedure is much
the same as if one is transferring money locally from bank to bank,
except you are asked by your bank (You fill this detail in
the deposit slip) for our swift bank address, a normal bank
protocol for transfers for any overseas bank account.
The 'swift address' is actually a string of letters (shown below),
forming a special code that helps your bank identify our
bank in international banking protocols. It also tells our
bank that foreign exchange has been deposited and ensures
its conversion legally.

Read 'Step 1' and Fill
and Submit the Form in 'Step 2' ONLY

Note: SKIP
'Step 3' (Step
3 is only for credit card payments as shown in Option A above)

When we receive the
submitted form from 'Step 2', the information in it tells us
about your PC Code (which we use to generate your unlocking key)
and the method of payment you prefer (which in this case is
deposit at bank counter or online transfer direct to our bank
account).

We then send you an
immediate e-mail with our Bank details, and swift bank address
for our bankers (in case of international buyers).
-
When
in possession of these details, you proceed with the
transfer/deposit.

Please ensure that you put your e-mail address
or name and surname in the reference
field (deposit slip or beneficiary reference). This helps us match
your records in our database quicker and failure to do so could mean that
we can't
match up your payment to anyone.

International Clients:
Our Bank SWIFT ADDRESS code (If your bank requests this) is:
SBZAZAJJ.
What happens next:
-
We check
our Bank records/statement daily and once your
deposit/transfer is picked up
-
You
get notified via e-mail, of its receipt and
-
Your unlocking key is
included in the same e-mail with a few simple instructions on how to apply it.
